
Creamy Alfredo Sauce Ingredients
2 pints Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Butter
1 to 2 cloves fresh Garlic peeled & minced*
2 5oz. pkgs. Parmesan Cheese shredded*
White Pepper
2 pkgs. fresh Fettucini NoodlesHeat cream, butter & garlic to simmer over low to medium heat** in large saucepan stirring constantly.*** Add Parmesan cheese about an ounce at a time letting each ounce melt before adding another. Make sure to be stirring constantly. Stir & add cheese until cheese is gone and the sauce is a creamy consistency. Add white pepper to taste. Add to the fettucini noodles and ENJOY!
* Add more garlic if you love garlic or more cheese if you would like it cheesier.
** Depending on the stove. Make sure it is at a very low simmer.
*** Make sure you are stirring constantly so that the cream mixture does not separate.SUGGESTIONS:
You can top this with canned crab meat, heated, with some type of cajun spice or grilled chicken. Also, some chopped Roma tomatoes are good.- Cheree Boteler
